Latest News Navigating Change Programs Hitting the Mark  We developed and launched a new program this year called Navigating Change. We customise the program for organisations and groups with flexible delivery modes.  So far the combination of group and then individual one on one phone coaching sessions is proving extremely popular.  Here are just a few comments from our last program. - I felt the program was nurturing and produced a good outcome for me. - Great.  Never really encountered that sort of idea before. The year is progressing well for us all at RuralScope (hope it is for you too) and we are pleased to be working with so many of you again. Mentoring, mentoring and more mentoring!  We are currently working with a  range of clients in one on one and small group mentoring programs. These programs provide a highly individualised and cost and time effective solution.
